OBY4氣動(dòng)隔膜泵是上海邦泉泵業(yè)制造有限公司開發(fā)的第四代氣動(dòng)隔膜泵，具有使用壽命長(zhǎng)，不會(huì)停頓等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，它既能抽送流動(dòng)的液體，又能輸送一些不易流動(dòng)的介質(zhì)，具有自吸泵、潛水泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵和雜質(zhì)泵等輸送機(jī)械的許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
1、不需灌引水:吸程高達(dá)5m:揚(yáng)程達(dá)70m.出口壓力>6bar
2、流動(dòng)寬敞，通過性能好.允許通過最大顆粒直徑達(dá)10mm。抽送泥漿、雜質(zhì)時(shí)，對(duì)泵損甚微。
3、揚(yáng)程、流量可通過氣閥開度實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)(氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在1-7 bar之間)。
4、該泵無旋轉(zhuǎn)部件，沒有軸封。隔膜將抽送的介質(zhì)與泵的運(yùn)動(dòng)部件完全隔開，所輸送的介質(zhì)不會(huì)向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易發(fā)揮或腐蝕性介質(zhì)時(shí)，不會(huì)造成環(huán)境污染和危害人身安全
5、不必用電.在易燃、易爆場(chǎng)所使用安全可靠。
6、可以浸沒在介質(zhì)中工作。7、使用方便、工作可靠、開停只需簡(jiǎn)單地打開和關(guān)閉氣體閥門。即使由于意外情況而長(zhǎng)時(shí)間無介質(zhì)運(yùn)行或突然停機(jī)泵也不會(huì)因此而損壞，一旦超負(fù)荷，泵會(huì)自地動(dòng)停機(jī)，具有自我保護(hù)性能，當(dāng)負(fù)荷恢復(fù)正常后，又能自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行;8、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、易損件少，該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，安裝、維修方便，泵輸送的介質(zhì)不會(huì)接觸到配氣閥，聯(lián)桿等運(yùn)動(dòng)部件,不象其他類型的泵因轉(zhuǎn)子、活塞、齒輪、葉片等部件的磨損而使性能逐步下降。
9、可輸送較粘的液體(粘度在1萬厘泊以下)。
10、本泵無須用油潤(rùn)滑，即使空轉(zhuǎn).對(duì)泵也無任何影響，這是該泵最大特點(diǎn)

2. Wide flow and good performance. The diameter allowed to pass the max grain reaches 10mm. The damage is very less to thepump while exhausting the slurry and impurity.
3. The delivery lift and flow can pass the pneumatic valve open to realize the step less adjustment (the pneumatic pressure adjustment is between 1-7bar).
4. This pump has no rotary parts and no bearing seals. The diaphragm will completely separate the exhausted medium and pumprumning parts, working medium. The conveyed medium can't be leaked outside. Thus it will not cause the environmental pollution andhuman body safety dangerous while exhausting the toxin and flammable or corrosive medium.
5. No electricity. It's safe and reliable while using in the flammable and explore places.
6.It can be soaked in medium7. It's convenient to use and reliable to work. Only open or close the gas valve body while starting or stopping. Even if no mediumoperation or pausing suddenly for long time because of accident maters, the pump will not be damaged caused by this. Once over.loading, the pump will automatically stop and possesses the self protection fiunction, When the load recovers normally, it also can start
automatically.8. Simple structure and less wearing parts. This pump is simple in structure, installation and maintenance. The medium conveyedby the pump will not touch the matched pneumatic valve and coupling lever etc . Not like other kinds pumps, the performance will dropdown gradually because of the damages of rotor, gear and vane etc .
9. It can transmit the adhesive liquid (the viscosity is below 10000 centipoises).
10. This pump needn't the oil lubricant. Even if idling, it has no any influence to the pump. This is a characteristic of this pump.
